My Story

I begin my fitness journey August 2009 during my Sr. year of high school; I challenged myself to take a lifting class and workout regardless of how sick, tired, or lack of motivation I had.

I began that year as a 6’0 135 lbs. with no muscle mass or definition; and was usually overlooked at social events. Entering my college years, I focused purely on gaining mass which helped me get a better understanding of developing and crafting unique workout plans that focus various athletes, body types, and experience levels.
In August 2012 while attending Stevenson University I began focusing on a training aspect of fitness which helped me with working with different experience levels and critiquing lifting styles and forms. I translated these skills into designing workouts that fit individuals’ custom requests or to help the begin their fitness journeys.
Since 2016 I have been asked by friends and family for help with diet and exercise plans and I have always looked at it as a hobby until I began taking heavy interest in generating new plans for people to follow to better achieve goals.

During my time with training and creating workout plans I have also used a different pre-workout and post-workout supplements. With most supplements that I have taken, I have experienced an energetic euphoria during the workout and about an hour and a half into the workout I would crash and began to feel nauseous. No matter the amount of water or food I have eaten prior to or post-workout I would have a stomach ache and would usually feel jittery hours after the workout.

Flash forward to 2017, I began using Herbalife supplements for 90 days and the transformation mentally and physically that I have experienced has been contagious. My mental dexterity has never been more focused in my life plus the physical attributes I have experience, this is one of the best yet most humbling changes that I have went though in the 9 years I have exercising. I am now a fitness coach I am currently coaching individual through 90 day challenges and customized challenges to achieve their goals.

Healthy fitness goals and weight loss can unintentionally pave the way for high expectations and personal letdowns if things don’t go as planned. It is easy to become motivated and create a list of goals we want to achieve everyday, but completing them will give you the anticipated results.

We educate and provide a framework for you to develop a custom program that works just for you. It is our belief that the more complex a program is to follow the less likely it is that it will be followed. The simpler the program the better the results.
